Bespoke Suits:
Bespoke Suits are handmade to order. Turnaround time from going to production to delivery, turnaround is currently running between 3-4 weeks. We are able to accomodate shorter turnaround times upon request. Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accomodate your timeline.
Once your tailor has created your product it will undergo quality control testing to make sure the stitching, fabric and size are all perfect. It will then be processed for shipping with FEDEX UPS International, please note that the customer is responsible for customs and import duty costs.
You will receive an email once your order has been prepared for shipping which will include a UPS FEDEX tracking number. Please do not be alarmed if your tracking number doesn't appear on DHL's website immediately as it can take 2-3 working days (sometimes more) to appear on their portal.

You can return or free exchange any item that doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, with all tags intact and no alterations done.

If any product has been customised or made to measure they are strictly non-returnable for either a refund or exchange.
We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase*. This 14 day guarantee starts from the day that you receive your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you inform us after this period then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we have acknowledged your return request, you then have a further 14 days to ensure it arrives at our warehouse. If your return isn't received within 14 days of your original return request date, then unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If, when we receive the return, we deem that you have damaged the goods or they are not in a saleable condition, then the return will be denied and the items returned to you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Only we have the right to determine the returned products condition. We will notify you if your return is rejected.
